Easy to disregard as cliché, the simplicity of recovery slogans gives them power.  Expect to hear some slogans you know, and some you do not and to refresh your understanding of the principles they represent.

A look at acceptance of what you are powerless over, types of boundaries and review of boundary-setting skills and patterns of control versus caring/compassion will be the focus of this workshop.
